Simmies Golf Guest Policy

The rule

Every person inside a Simmies facility must be on the booking.

That means every player, guest, plus-one, and kid you bring is listed on the booking through the Simmies app before the session begins.

Why this matters

Simmies is unmanned. There is no front desk to check IDs, count heads, or ask whether someone is with you. The app is how Simmies knows who is inside at any given moment. It is also how the waiver works. Every individual in the facility has to accept the Release & Waiver of Liability before entry.

How to add a guest to your booking

Your guest downloads the Simmies app and creates their own account.
Your guest reads and accepts the Release & Waiver of Liability.
You open your booking in the Simmies app and tap Invite Guest.
You enter your guest's email or phone.
Your guest receives an invitation and accepts it.
When your session starts, your guest's app shows access for the same bay.

You can add up to 4 guests per booking, for 5 people total including you. For larger groups, contact events@simmiesgolf.com.

Cost

Adding guests does not change the booking cost. The bay rate is flat at $30/hr regardless of how many players, up to 5 total, use it during your session.

Minors under 18

Minors are permitted only when accompanied by and under the direct supervision of the booking owner, who must be 21 or older.

The booking owner accepts full responsibility for the minor under the waiver.
The minor does not need their own Simmies account.
The minor's name is added through the Invite Guest flow.
Minors may not be left alone in the facility at any time.
Minors may not enter, use, or remain in a facility unaccompanied.

Booking owner responsibilities

Ensure every guest is on the booking before entering.
Ensure every adult guest has accepted the waiver.
Take responsibility for guest conduct, damage, rule violations, and incidents.
Cover costs charged to your payment method from guest conduct.

What counts as unauthorized

Letting someone enter under your access code who is not on your booking
Holding the door for a person you do not know
Hosting an adult guest who has not created an account and accepted the waiver
Bringing more than 5 people total to a single-bay booking
Allowing a minor to enter without a booking owner age 21 or older

Unauthorized access may result in session termination without refund, account suspension, charges for damage or cleaning, or referral to law enforcement in serious cases.

What we do at the door

The smart-lock system grants access only during a booked window and only to the booking owner and invited guests. The system logs every entry and exit. Cameras in common areas confirm head count.

Larger groups and events

The standard booking is up to 5 people in one bay. For corporate events, leagues, parties, birthdays, team practices, or other groups, contact events@simmiesgolf.com.
